Grave: Setauket Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 5 Caroline Av, Setauket, NY

Abraham Woodhull was the leader of the Culper Spy Ring on Long Island. His code name was Samuel Culper, Sr.

Woodhull would travel to Manhattan to receive information from Robert Townsend then return home to Setauket, where he would meet Caleb Brewster. Brewster would row his whaleboat across Long Island Sound to Connecticut where the information was passed to Benjamin Tallmadge.
