Kennebec Banks Rest Area

Canaan Rd (US Rt 2) just east of Phil Brick Rd, Skowhegan, ME

Owned by Somerset Woods Trustees, a local conservation group, this is a good place to view the river much as it was when Arnold's Expedition passed by in 1775. There is an interpretive panel detailing that event.
